I have tried to make this process simple as per my knowledge.
These are the documents needed. Arrange all papers in this order. Same papers for year 2025 and 2026

1. Go to New Bir Hospital building, 6th floor. Administration floor
2. You will get all the needed forms to fill there. Admission form, Kabuliyat, Personal detail all available there.
3. Take 1 copy Photocopy of all the documents mentioned above in the pic.
4. Original MEC Admit Card that you presented to the Exam. If not available, print color print again
5. Original Migration certificate. If not available original transcript. Take a clear bag for files with you. They will keep your original Migration / transcript if migration not available. They said to get it as soon as possible. Haven't mentioned any date though
6. No Payment required. Dont create any bank account now. They said will talk about the salary account on orientation.
7. No MEC admission confirmation required before admission. You will get the confirmation at the entrance site after you have completed the admission. https://entrance.mec.gov.np/
8. Two / Three passport size photo
9. Take a Black ink pen with you. Gluestick stamp pad will be available there.
10. Hostel is there at dillibazar opposite to gowswara hulak in front of CBM college but no empty room available at the moment.
11. Process same for MD MS MDS Msc Nursing
12. Tip: Take the lift/elevator available
13. Orientation on Baisakh 10, 2083 as per MEC schedule. Some say on 7th. Please confirm from the hospital. Check the website if it changes. https://nams.edu.np/en
